Structure
The competition will consist of two rounds: a preliminary memo and a final-round presentation. After completing the interest form, participating teams must submit a three-page memo outlining their credit and investment thesis. Five finalists will then be chosen to continue diligencing their credit and ultimately present to a panel of judges on April 17. Finalists must submit materials one week before the presentation. Prizes will be distributed to the top three finalists, as determined by the judges.
