Devin Rappe
Devin is an Investment Banking Analyst at Evercore in their Liability Management and Restructuring Group. He played a key role in the founding of CRX in 2023 and continues to mentor students in the club.
He is originally from Duxbury, MA and graduated with a degree in Economics from the UVA's College of Arts and Sciences. Devin was also a member of MII, Gamma Iota Sigma, and the Club Pickleball team during his time as an undergraduate.

Harrison McCollum
Harrison is an Investment Banking Analyst at Houlihan Lokey in their Financial Restructuring Group. He played a key role in founding CRX in 2023 and continues to mentor students in the club.
He is originally from Knoxville, TN and graduated with a degree in Commerce from UVA's McIntire School of Commerce. Harrison was also a member of McIntire Investment Institute during his time as an undergraduate.

David Smith
David C. Smith is the Virginia Bankers Association Eminent Professor of Commerce at the University of Virginia. Smith’s areas of expertise include corporate valuation, restructuring and bankruptcy, leveraged finance and credit, and distressed investing. He has presented his research at universities and conferences around the world and published in leading academic journals. Smith has worked as a testifying finance expert on cases related to company valuation, bankruptcy, corporate debt instruments, securities violations, pension funding, and distressed debt trading.
Smith currently teaches classes in corporate finance and corporate restructuring & distressed debt investing. He has also taught courses on valuation and fixed income to undergraduates and MBA students. Prior to joining the University of Virginia, Smith was an economist in the International Finance Division of the Federal Reserve Board and an assistant professor at the Norwegian Business School.
